OUR CUSHION INSERTS
When you purchase one of our personalised cushion covers complete with a cushion insert you receive a plump 100% PET fibre cushion insert derived from recycled water bottles. How cool is that?!
They look and feel similar to a high grade polyester cushion insert but have a greater resilience rating and will last much longer. All inserts are non-allergenic, antibacterial and washable.
All you need to do is make sure to select the 'Recycled PET cushion insert' drop down option when purchasing your cushion.
Fun fact: For every 40cm cushion insert purchased 25 water bottles are saved from landfill and for every 25cm (mini/dolly) cushion insert purchased 7 water bottles are saved from landfill. It's pretty incredible!
All of your beautiful personalised gifts are packed inside our hero pack mailing satchels and are 100% compostable! Made from mainly corn starch and PBAT (a compostable ingredient which bonds the renewable ingredients together) your mailing satchel will turn into yummy food for worms within 90 days of being composted at home. Just make sure to remove any labels before popping into your compost bin. Don't have a compost bin? That's ok too as your satchel will still breakdown in landfill however this will take about 2 years.

All of our products are washable and if our care instructions are followed correctly they should be enjoyed for many years to come.

Cold hand wash only with item turned inside out.
Dry flat in shade, Do not soak, bleach, wring or tumble dry.
Warm iron inside out. Do not iron embellishment.

Production times are specified in each product listing and I will endeavour to meet these deadlines to the best of my ability however, if for any unforeseen reason I am not able to meet the deadlines advised I will contact you by email to advise you of the new delivery times.
Please understand during peak seasons your orders may take up to 14 business days.
Custom orders take between 7-10 business days from the date of approval of your mock up. If you require your order faster than the timelines given please make sure to contact me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to see if I am able to accommodate your deadline. I will always do my very best to meet your needs if possible.
If your t-shirt size is in stock with us your order will be dispatched between 5-7 business days. Please note there have been shipping delays due to covid-19 and we will do our very best to keep you updated every step of the way.
ALL OTHER ITEMS
All other personalised gifts take between 5-10 business days from the date of purchase for production.
DELIVERY FEES & METHODS
All orders are despatched using Australia Post parcel post. Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email that includes your track and trace number.
FLAT RATE DELIVERY: A flat rate delivery fee of $10.00 is applied to all orders (excluding local delivery and orders over $80.00 which are FREE!).
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY: If you are located in the Macarthur region of NSW you may qualify for FREE local delivery! Just select the local delivery option at the checkout and make sure you are located in one of the following three post codes: 2570, 2567 and 2557
FREE DELIVERY: When you spend $80.00 or more with us you receive FREE parcel post delivery on your order.
EXPRESS POST SHIPPING: Need your order in a hurry? Please send me a message (via the contact us page) and let me know when you will need to receive your order by. I always do my very best to accommodate your needs however as our products are hand made this is not always possible. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to express post to speed up the delivery process please select this option when placing your order. The fee for express post delivery is $15.00.
Postage can take from 2-10 days depending on your location within Australia.
Orders going to WA can take 7-10 days.
Please be aware some deliveries have been delayed due to covid-19. If you need your order in a hurry we recommend upgrading your postage to express post and contacting us via the contact form so we can assist you to the best of our ability.
